It’s raining Leo movie updates for Thalapathy Vijay fans. Leo movie producer Screen Screen Lalit Kumar released Telugu and Kannada movie posters on the occasion of Vinayagar Chathurthi on September 18 and 19.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film Leo – Bloody Sweet, starring actor Vijay, has created significant buzz over the past 8 months in social media.
The Kannada poster featured the slogan – “Keep calm and plot your escape”. The Telugu poster had a slogan “Keep calm and avoid the battle”.
Trisha is paired opposite actor Vijay in the movie and will be playing the role of Vijay’s wife in the film. Sanjay Dutt, ‘Action King’ Arjun, and Malayalam actor ‘Action Star’ Babu Antony are playing the roles of Antagonists. Tamil cinema Directors Gautham Menon and Mysskin are also playing important roles in the movie. Priya Anand, Monsoor Ali Khan, Jafer Sadiq, and Madonna Sebastian are other co-stars in the movie.
Leo is a remake of the Hollywood action film “History of Violence”, which was released in 2005. History of Violence itself is similar to Rajinikanth’s 1995 Megahit movie “Baasha”. Lokesh has bought remake rights.

Leo is set to release worldwide on October 19, 2023. The film is produced by 7 Screen Studio’s Lalit Kumar and co-produced by Vijay’s Manager Jagadish Palaniswamy, the music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Leo has cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.
